TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CHANGE THE GAME COURSES

Below are the terms and conditions on which you agree to participate in one or more of the Change the Game courses.

1. SERVICE

1.1 Depending on what you have purchased, I Samantha Nolan-Smith, agree to provide you with one or more of the Change the Game courses, those being either Free your Time, Free your Money and/or Build Healthy Habits. Any and all of those courses are hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service’.

2. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE

2.1 You agree that I may use any information or processes that arise through the provision of the Service in any way I deem fit.

2.2 You understand that the information is designed for your own educational purposes only. The information is copyrighted material that is the sole property of me. Without the specific written permission from me the information may not be reproduced in any manner in whole or in part and may not be shared in whole or in part in digital or non-digital format with anyone else or in any public or private forums or groups now or in the future.

2.3 You hereby grant me and any and all associates and assignees the unlimited right to (i) record your voice and image during the program and (ii) use your first name, voice or video recordings, and written, voice and/or video testimonials in any form of products (including but not limited to audio, digital, and/or physical products) as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline, and (iii) publish, distribute and/or sell these materials in any form.

3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

3.1 If you’ve chosen to pay for the program in instalments, you agree to make those payments each month until all payments have been made.

4. TERMINATION

4.1 You reserve the right to leave the course up to and including the first 15 days of the program being delivered following your enrolment.

4.2 If you choose to leave on or before the end of the first 15 days of the program, I agree to refund your money after you have sent through the completed materials for the first 2 weeks of the course.

4.3 If you choose to leave the course after the completion of 15 days and prior to completion of the course, you will not receive a refund. If, in those same circumstances, you are paying by instalments, you will be held liable for the remainder of the fees associated with the Service.

5. INDEMNITY

5.1 You acknowledge that I am a business alignment mentor. I am not a medical doctor, or psychology professional. I am not a licensed financial advisor, and I’m not currently practicing as a solicitor. Accordingly, any information or ideas I share during our work together is drawn purely from personal opinion, business experience and intuitive guidance.

5.2 You understand that the Service, and strategies and ideas shared or discussed during the provision of the Service, do not come with any monetary guarantees or promises.

5.3 You and I both agree to indemnify each other and keep the other person indemnified against any and all actions, claims, proceedings or demands which may be brought against them in respect of any loss, death, injury, illness or damage which arises by reason of any breach of warranty, default, act or omission or any negligence by the person responsible for the breach or act (‘Responsible Person’) or by any employee, agent or subcontractor which the Responsible Person may employ.
