Ever felt overwhelmed by your inbox, your call sheet, or your Instagram or LinkedIn notifications?
Me too.
Like to join me in cleaning up the mess?
Welcome to a spring clean of your information flow.
We’re cleaning up all of the information that’s flowing into your life on a daily basis and causing you unnecessary stress and anxiety.
You can approach cleaning up from the inside or the outside. I like to start within and work out from there because I’ve found that once the energetic, emotional and mental fields are cleared, external mess falls away much more easily.
Every time I undergo a significant clearing of mental or emotional debris, my house and office become more beautiful. Messy draws are cleaned up. Old files are deleted. Unnecessary clutter is taken away.
So I think of mess as a clue. A clue that something is awry on the inside.
A misalignment hint, if you like.
The good news is, it’s not difficult to spring clean your way back into alignment.
An information clean up is a clean up of all the forms of information that are pouring into your daily existence; television, social media, texts, summits, webinars, phone calls, emails, podcast shows, films, books, apps. Any and all forms of information.
It’s difficult to focus on being more visible in the world when you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the information that’s coming at you. It’s difficult to make good decisions when there’s no mental space to think clearly.
So we’ve developed a three-step process to help you change all of that:
Let’s begin with step 1.
Take yourself through this short worksheet designed to help you unpack how much time you’re really spending on the various forms of information that are flowing into your day and the impact they’re having on your emotional wellbeing.
The worksheet will guide you through the following steps:

After you’ve completed it, step 2 is all about clearing out the emotional and mental debris that keeps you unhealthily attached to particular information sources.
