1.2 If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the School’s website.
1.3 The materials contained in the School’s website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2.1 The information on the School’s website is copyrighted material that is the sole property of the School. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
(i) modify or copy the materials
(ii) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
(iii) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;
(iv) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4.1 The School agrees to provide you with the curriculum you have purchased hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service’.
5.1 If you’ve chosen to pay for the program in instalments, you agree to make those payments each month until all payments have been made.
5.2 If you’re enrolled on an annual basis and are paying according to the payment plan, you agree to pay all 12 payments in the currency you paid with upon enrolment.
5.3 If you are enrolled on a seasonal basis and are paying according to the payment plan, you agree to pay all 4 payments in the currency you paid with upon enrolment.
5.4 There is no option to change the currency in which you’re making your payments during the period of your payment plan.
5.5 If you choose to roll over your enrolment for an additional year or season, you agree to pay all the payments for that additional term.
5.6 The School agrees to deliver the Service in accordance with the timeframe laid out here.
6.1 The refund period is 2 weeks from the date of enrolment.
6.2 If, during that time, you’ve shown up and participated, and still reach the decision that the School isn’t for you, simply provide us with some written evidence of your genuine attempt to engage with the community and the materials and we’ll refund your fee immediately.
6.3 The assignation of a refund period does not apply if you enrolled on a trial basis. If you chose to complete your enrolment at the end of the trial period, you are deemed to have waived your right to a refund period.
7.1 You acknowledge that the School’s teachers are not medical doctors or psychology professionals unless otherwise stated.
7.2 You understand that the Service, and strategies and ideas shared or discussed during the provision of the Service, do not come with any monetary guarantees or promises.
7.3 You and the School both agree to indemnify each other and keep the other person indemnified against any and all actions, claims, proceedings or demands which may be brought against them in respect of any loss, death, injury, illness or damage which arises by reason of any breach of warranty, default, act or omission or any negligence by the person responsible for the breach or act (‘Responsible Person’) or by any employee, agent or subcontractor which the Responsible Person may employ.
7.4 In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorised of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8.1 The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
9.1 The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
10.1 The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
11.1 Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction being the Australian Capital Territory, Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
