One of the things people seem to assume when they think about becoming more visible is this; that it’s about getting yourself out there on as many platforms as you can, and always putting yourself forward for opportunities, and/or always sharing your opinion on a whole raft of topics (even things they know nothing about).
This is visibility without discernment. It sounds a lot like hustle to me and is almost certainly underpinned by the energy of scarcity. The underlying story sounding something like this; ‘I need to do more, be more, speak more. What I’ve done isn’t enough.‘
That’s not the kind of visibility I’m interested in and it’s not the kind of visibility I teach in my programs. What I’m interested in is authentic visibility.
Powerful, resonant, evocative.
I’m interested in the kind of words and sights that stick with you. That seep into your cells. That change you.
This kind of visibility is much rarer. It’s unique. It can’t be replicated.
To become visible in this way, you must dwell in your body (as opposed to being a somewhat disembodied soul connected only to her thoughts and what goes on in her head).
You must abide in a space of deep self acceptance.
You must listen with your whole being and speak from your compassionate heart.
You must notice when your soul stirs and become a channel for her messages.
And you must roar when the injustices of the world become too great to bear.
This is visibility. The only kind of visibility that truly matters in this world.
Everything else is noise. Fleeting. Temporary. Wasteful of the gift of being a soul incarnate in human form.
