The state of the inner world always impacts on the nature and quality of actions we take in the world at large.
To be comfortable with building awareness about yourself, your brand, and/or your work, you will need to have overcome any fears you have around:
crowds and/or new people,
being judged and criticised, and
being cancelled and dealing with haters and trolls.
You need to have a clear sense of how you’re going to navigate safety issues as you become more visible online.
And if you’re a member of any sort of marginalised community (or multiple marginalised groups), you will have receive a whole lot of messaging throughout your life – whether from people you know or from society in general – about not taking up ‘too much’ space.
