I recently spent a lovely afternoon talking to a few different classes at my kid’s school about some of the things we do at home to reduce our food waste, use of plastic, and general harm caused to the environment by our presence here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s the thing I wanted to share about that; when you say yes to visibility the universe responds in kind. It says, ‘There’s an open door, off we go!’⠀⠀⠀

Sometimes it may feel like the opportunities are random but I don’t think they are.

My function in the world for example is to support people to speak up and change the world for good. I don’t consider the environment to be my area of expertise but I do have a lot of knowledge about it and certainly enough to share with enthusiastic second graders. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And you know what I was really encouraging them to do today? To use their voices. To understand the power they have to change the world. To be proud environmental warriors. To be visible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When you sit deeply in your purpose and are comfortable being visible for it, the universe will find all sorts of ways to work with you.
